Who we are

IT Asset Disposal Australia is operated by JI CAI (ABN 57 985 974 812) in Perth, Western Australia. William Cai is the enquiry contact.

Enquiries and collection planning

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the name, company, email, phone number, service selection and message you provide, including any equipment details and pickup suburb. We use this information to answer you, assess the requested work and arrange an agreed service. Providing equipment details is optional, but we may need them before quoting or booking. Please do not send passwords, confidential files or personal information about other people unless necessary and authorised.

How information is handled

Enquiries are sent to our business email and may be retained in email correspondence and records associated with the enquiry or work. The site uses an IP-based temporary rate-limit record to reduce form abuse. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. If a job requires another provider, the information needed for that work and the proposed handling should be discussed before equipment is released. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Website analytics and external services

This site uses Google Analytics to understand website usage, and some pages load fonts or other assets from external services. These services can receive technical information such as IP address, browser details and page requests, and analytics may use cookies. Service providers may process information outside Australia; processing locations depend on the provider. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Browser privacy settings and cookie controls can limit some collection.

Equipment data is a separate matter

This website notice does not authorise access to information stored on your devices. Agree the data-handling method, responsibilities and required evidence for each job before releasing equipment.

Access, correction and privacy enquiries

Contact William Cai at info@itassetdisposal.com.au or 0431 882 201 to ask about information held in connection with your enquiry, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. Record retention and deletion requests are considered with any applicable business and legal obligations. Please describe the issue so we can investigate and respond.

Marketing preferences

You can ask us to stop marketing emails by replying “unsubscribe” or contacting the address above. A service enquiry does not require you to subscribe to marketing.
